  • These terms help ensure clarity and a smooth, considered process for both sides.

    Booking & Deposit
    A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and reserve time in my schedule. Work will not commence, and dates will not be held, until the deposit has been received.

    Additional Costs
    Printing, postage, specialist finishes, and third-party services are quoted separately unless otherwise stated.

    Project Start Dates
    Projects are scheduled based on availability at the time the deposit is paid. If a project is booked for a future date, the deposit confirms and holds that time. Rush work may incure an additional fee.

    Balance Payment
    The remaining 60% balance is invoiced on completion of the project and is payable prior to the release of final logo files and assets or release to print for stationery.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling
    The booking deposit is non-refundable. If a project is postponed, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date subject to availability. Where possible, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date if sufficient notice is given.

    Scope of Work
    The quoted fee covers the agreed scope outlined at the time of booking. Any additional work, revisions beyond scope, or added deliverables will be discussed and quoted separately.

    Revisions
    Quotes include a set number of design rounds as outlined in the proposal (typically 2). Further revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged additionally.

    Client Responsibilities
    Timely feedback, approvals, and the provision of required materials help ensure the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule.

    All spelling, grammar, and content must be carefully checked and approved by the client on final proofs prior to print. Any changes requested after final approval or once files have been sent to print will be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.

    Printing
    Where designs are supplied for external printing, I’m not responsible for print quality, colour variation, or errors introduced during the printing process. However, I always work with trusted Printers who deliver exceptional quality and will work to solve any issues together. Final print output may vary slightly from on-screen proofs.

    Copyright & Usage
    Final designs become the client’s property once full payment has been received. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio, social media and marketing unless otherwise agreed.
